Please  note that all sales are FINAL.

We do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds ONLY in exceptional cases where our garment has slipped by us and our quality control measures.

We take pride in our products and each item undergoes several quality checks before being shipped to you.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us at info@dymeza.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.

 

Returned items MUST meet the following requirements:

  • Item/s must be in original packaging and all tags & hygiene stickers intact
  • Item/s must not have been worn, stained, washed, or altered in any way  
  • Proof of purchase documents required
  • Please ensure that all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, in the instance where it’s obvious that this has not been done we may refuse an exchange your items due to hygiene risks

  

Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. Should the sanitary strip not be attached, the exchange is automatically void.

Please note that swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only top/bottom is received, the package will be refused.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Our item availability is listed as per our catalogue page. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our website, should an item be sold out we will notify you via e-mail. Should you be willing to wait a little longer on an item , we will add you to our ‘Grace’ list which allows customers to pre-order for any re-stock. We will notify you once we have received feedback from our network of suppliers if this is possible to get you the exact garment as per your original specifications. This usually takes 10 – 14 business days.

Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping information.

 PRE-ORDERS

 If you have ordered a Pre-order item from the GRACE list , we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the other item’s become available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

By placing an order you are securing the item in your size & colour. Please do not place an order for a Pre-order item if you require the items for a specific date as we cannot always provide a guaranteed delivery date (Check with us first)
